Ah, the overly-ambitious middle child. At least, I assume there's a third one? And, yes, if you're wondering, I /am/ going to be commenting on every single page. Because a lack of comments on things bothers me. And they're probably /all/ going to be just as innane and stupid. Sorry 'bout that.
The first son's intent was easy to deduce from his facial expressions and how his father talked to him. This son, however, looks as if his intent is to actually help his father for his own selfish reason of becoming king... I love your facial expressions! And the way you did the sky with different shades and circles is pretty ^_^
I start to worry about parenting skills of this king, as 2 of his sons care more about the trone than about him. Of course, if I'm overthinking that much, it could be just a culture of this kingdom. If there are places in our world where NOT eating your dead is disrespectful, who can say what is considered right in this fictional kingdom?

They're not stupid. And I like comments! They let me know that people are actually reading my comic.
And yes, of course there's a third one. That's the way fairy tales go. :)

Well... At least he appreciated the throne more than his elder brother.
The expressions do kinda look like they've been grafted from photographs.
